Fresh paint, new lighting, custom window treatments, and refinished hardwood floors/steps were done throughout the whole first floor. Erica redesigned the kitchen using a lot of the existing cabinets by reworking and painting them. A new walnut island was added along with paneled appliances. A range hood accentuates the shaped quartz backsplash feature. Erica added a hidden door that leads to the pantry as a special feature for her client.
