While our specialty is Full Service Interior Design, we also offer a few different services to cater to our clients’ needs, whether it be complete management of a project or you just need a designer’s input on selections you’ve found. You’ll find all our services listed below.
Full Service
Who this is for: Busy professionals and families who want beautiful, comfortable, personal, and functional homes but don’t want the design process to take over their lives. They are ready to put the design of their home/space in the expert hands of their trained designer. The client values and trusts the designer with the entire design process and experience.
Includes:
- Choice of Hourly or Design Estimate (If hourly, a 10 hour retainer investment is required)
- Full Project Management
- Designer sources and purchases all items through our trusted vendors and resources
- Designer fulfills all procurement management including ordering, tracking, receiving, and inspecting
- Client grants the designer full responsibility to capture the overall design by agreeing to refrain from external purchases
- Furniture Layouts and 3D renderings are included if applicable
- Design Concept Presentation (take away presentation packet)
- Picture Perfect/Magazine Ready Results
- Investment in your home – excellent design work will increase value in the property
- Professional photography
Conceptual Design
Who this is for: Design enthusiasts who have the time and energy to make the design come to life, but they want a professional to weigh in on the big design decisions before
they invest.
Includes:
- Design Estimate
- Furniture Layouts – up to 2 options (includes size/scale of furniture)
- Color Scheme
- Design Concept Presentation
- Any revisions are extra
- Designer’s service stops when layouts and items are presented
- Renders per room: $250 (this does not include kitchens and bathrooms)
Design Consulting
Who this is for: Someone doing a project on their own and calls when it’s time to make a design decision or needs help sourcing an item.
Includes an hourly designer fee on an as needed basis.
