While our specialty is Full Service Interior Design, we also offer a few different services to cater to our clients’ needs, whether it be complete management of a project or you just need a designer’s input on selections you’ve found. You’ll find all our services listed below.
Full Service
Who this is for: Busy professionals and families who want beautiful, comfortable, personal, and functional homes but don’t want the design process to take over their lives. They are ready to put the design of their home/space in the expert hands of their trained designer. The client values and trusts the designer with the entire design process and experience.
Includes:
- Choice of Hourly or Design Estimate
- If Hourly, a 10 hour retainer investment is required
- If Design Estimate, a 50% design fee deposit is required
- Full Project Management
- Designer sources and purchases all items through our trusted vendors and resources
- Designer fulfills all procurement management including ordering, tracking, and receiving
- Client grants the designer full responsibility to capture the overall design by agreeing to refrain from external purchases
- Furniture Layouts and 3D renderings are included if applicable
- Design Concept Presentation
- Picture Perfect/Magazine Ready Results
- Investment in your home – excellent design work will increase value in the property
- Professional photography
Conceptual Design
Who this is for: Design enthusiasts who have the time and energy to make the design come to life, but they want a professional to create the overall design before they invest in their home.
Includes:
- Design Estimate
- 50% design fee deposit and 100% of rendering fees are required. Remaining balance to be paid in full before Presentation
- Furniture Layouts – up to 2 options (includes size/scale of furniture)
- Color Scheme
- Design Concept Presentation
- Designer’s service stops when layouts are presented. If revisions or a continuation of the project are desired, a new contract will be opened to be billed at an hourly rate
- Renders are $250 per room; kitchens and full bathrooms are $350
Design Consulting
Who this is for: Clients who want a more flexible approach by choosing hourly design work in any area of the project including, but not limited to, design, sourcing, and set-up. They value a professional to weigh in on design decisions.
Includes:
- Hourly design fee on an as needed basis
- Renders are $250 per room; kitchens and full bathrooms are $350
