Fresh paint, new lighting, custom window treatments, and refinished hardwood floors/steps were done throughout the whole first floor. In the great room Erica added more windows with a floor-to-ceiling white brick fireplace for the focal wall. Wood ceiling beams and a large chandelier were installed. Erica finished the room with new furniture, decor, and custom window treatments.
