The client wanted an updated master bedroom and bathroom. They did not use the tub, so they intended to remove the tub and install a large shower. Using transitional design elements, we used shiplap from the shower wall as an accent wall behind the bed. The hallway flooring was also implemented in the bedroom and softened up with warm textiles. We kept the bedding simple and easy to decorate with seasonal accessories. The added swivel chair by the window serves as a cozy reading spot.
