The homeowners were ready for a change and were very seriously considering a move, but they loved their neighborhood and the price of a new home that was smaller and not on as good of a lot was twice as much as their existing home. Emily worked to redesign their spaces for this family to fall in love with their home again. She started by replacing all of their flooring with new hardwood to unify and refresh the home.

Emily replaced the fireplace mantle and tile and added a nickel gap to the fireplace wall to give it dimension. She added a new area rug, sofas, coffee tables, and window treatments to update the space.
