Our client wanted their family room to be a space where they could entertain more people comfortably. We redesigned the furniture floorplan and transformed the doorway to a barn door in order to accommodate as many seats as possible. We added the brick fireplace wall with a unique shelving design to create a special place for her client’s treasured pieces. To finish off the space, the spindles were painted on the staircase and stained the handrail to match the other organic elements of the room.
