Bright & Transitional
Kitchen
Dated fixtures, dim lights and dark cabinetry made this kitchen feel small and closed in. By removing the pantry room, replacing the granite peninsula, taking the cabinetry to the ceiling, and lightening up everything from the walls to the backsplash, Michelle and Kellyann transformed this cramped space into a bright, spacious, transitional kitchen. They added modern touches like large pendants, backless counter stools and a waterfall island to create an impactful space. The detached butler’s pantry and statement hood are both painted in a deep gray with neutral undertones that blend beautifully with the warm white cabinetry and medium wood tones. This kitchen truly is the heart of the home.
