This sunroom was a new addition from scratch that also added additional basement living space. The client wished to keep their family hutch, so Deneen made sure to create a cohesive set of wood tones, including a beautiful wood mantle stained to match. Deneen contrasted a dark tile floor with a statement stone fireplace and carried the stone around the room for added interest. To keep the space light and bright and easily view the backyard, she introduced wall-to-wall windows as well as four large 48 x 48 skylights. The family loves this new addition and now uses this as the main living area of their home.
