The Millhouse Haven Remodel

Great Room:
The client wanted a whole house remodel. Inspired by casual elegance, we aimed to create a beautiful yet comfortable and inviting place for entertaining and family gatherings.

Kitchen:

Office:
The client desired to build a new home office, and we designed around the client’s favorite comfy chair that they wanted to be tucked away in the office. We went with a sophisticated, moody, handsome, and casual vibe. We added new lighting, paint, window treatments, furniture, and a rug to transform the area into a home office.

Sitting Room:
The client wanted to transform the unused dining room into a lady-of-the-house-focused room. We were inspired by beauty, comfort, and femininity as we designed the space. With this complete remodel, we opened up the room and added new columns, coffered ceilings, and new flooring. In addition, the fresh paint job, furniture, lights, accessories, and rug were added to emphasize the theme and highlight the beautiful and comfortable furnishings.

Lower Level:
This basement got the ultimate facelift — Beth stripped this space down and started fresh with new flooring, paint, and a new configuration featuring a bar, game table area, custom gaming station, and super comfy furnishings perfect for large gatherings or family movie nights. At one end of the room is a wood feature wall with a floating media cabinet to house all the video gaming equipment. At the opposite end of the room, a wall bar was added, perfect for their family pool table tournaments. With a spot for it all, the lower level has quickly become this family’s favorite place to host parties or retreat to unwind.

Primary Bedroom:
From dark and dated to light, bright, fresh, and new, Beth transformed this client’s bedroom into a relaxing atmosphere by completely gutting the room and personalizing it to her clients’ needs.

Primary Bath:
Beth reworked the doorway to acquire space from the hall and created a much needed spacious linen closet. Pocket doors improved function and flow throughout as she reconfigured the entire layout to create an owner's delight spa oasis.

Closet:
Beth worked with Closets by Design to redesign and maximize storage in her client’s closet.

Lower Level Bath:
Beth finished this client’s lower level remodel with a much needed bathroom update and a custom steam shower.
