The Med Spa

This award-winning project embodies the intersection of design, history, and well-being. Set within a restored 1866 residence, the 2,600-square-foot medical spa transforms a historic structure into a serene, high-end wellness destination. The design celebrates the building’s preserved exterior while unveiling a completely renewed interior—where natural materials, sculptural lighting, custom millwork, and arched details create rhythm and visual continuity throughout.
A rich tonal palette of creams, browns, and neutrals grounds the experience, complemented by refined textures and a sense of quiet sophistication. From the welcoming reception and tranquil coffee bar to the intimate treatment rooms and statement bathrooms, every space was designed to engage the senses and elevate the guest experience. Warm wood, natural stone, and curated finishes strike a balance between heritage and innovation, offering a seamless journey that feels both timeless and new. The result is a sophisticated wellness retreat that restores both body and mind while honoring the legacy of its historic surroundings.
Reception
Audria and Kellyann designed a welcoming entrance space marrying organic luxury with modern wellness. Earth-toned neutrals and natural textures ground the environment, creating a calm, inviting atmosphere, while architectural design elements add a curated edge to the space. Their goal was to create a serene sanctuary that is both clean, comforting and unapologetically chic at the same time.

The medical treatment rooms exude a calming harmony by combining warm neutrals and soft and natural textures, creating an effortlessly clean, functional and refined space for clients to relax. The lighting and paint colors feel less clinical and more welcoming, creating an inviting sanctuary for the clients.

A study in contrast and allure, this luxurious commercial bathroom wraps visitors in a rich, moody atmosphere. The marble checkerboard floor provides classic design while a sculpted travertine sink adds earthy sophistication. This isn’t just a bathroom- it’s a statement in stone, metal and mood.

This space channels the allure of a modern speakeasy- moody, magnetic, and richly layered. Deep blue walls set a monochromatic tone and lux, brass accents elevate the design. At the center, a custom poker table anchors the room with a sense of occasion and rebellion. Modern, sculptural furnishings round out the design.
