Kitchen:
Kellyann incorporated beautiful quartzite countertops to accentuate the warm white and green/gray tones of the cabinetry, bringing a warmth into the once dark and dated space. By removing the desk and reconfiguring the island to accommodate entertaining, the kitchen was transformed into an inviting area full of warm gold tones, natural textures and on-trend yet timeless details.

Primary Bath:
Step into a sanctuary of refined luxury where timeless materials and modern elegance converge. Beautiful veined marble wraps the shower walls and tub surround, creating a serene yet sophisticated foundation. Warm wood stains and luxe brass hardware are peppered throughout the space.

Primary Closet:
This primary walk-in closet has been transformed into a tailored dressing room that balances elegance and efficiency. Floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, crafted in warm wood tones exudes a sense of timelessness. Soft close drawers, open shelves and creative storage solutions provide both beauty and utility, ensuring that every item has its place. The end result is a place where curated design meets effortless daily living.

Music Studio:
From studs to stunning. Kellyann’s clients had completely gutted their large basement to create an entertainment oasis filled with all of their favorite things. The music room is an ode to her client’s love of the blues and his vast guitar collection. In keeping with the moody and luxe theme, Kellyann covered the accent wall in leather wrapped tile to create a rich and dimensional backdrop for the beautiful instruments. This, paired with leather seating, cowhide rugs and wall to wall metal and glass French doors, created a perfect harmonious hideaway.

Basement:
From studs to stunning. Kellyann’s clients had completely gutted their large basement to create an entertainment oasis filled with all of their favorite things. Inspired by the Rat Pack and glamor of Las Vegas, she transformed the bar into a luxurious lounge, complete with a beveled mirror backsplash, Art Deco inspired chandelier and an illuminated quartzite countertop to add the perfect touch of swanky uniqueness.
