Kitchen Social: Polaris Location

Emily has been a part of designing Kitchen Social interiors since this very first location in Columbus, OH. The owners wanted the design and brand to reflect a welcoming homey kitchen vibe where people could gather around and share a meal. Emily went for an upscale, comfortable design, paying attention to every detail of lighting, visual movement, textures, and materials. The modern bar, open kitchen, and curves within the restaurant have become a signature of the brand, representing fine dining while encouraging a sense of community and inclusion. In respect for the location being in the city, Emily purposefully selected modern finishes, leaning industrial for the space.
