The homeowners were ready for a change and were very seriously considering a move, but they loved their neighborhood and the price of a new home that was smaller and not on as good of a lot was twice as much as their existing home. Emily worked to redesign their spaces for this family to fall in love with their home again. She started by replacing all of their flooring with new hardwood to unify and refresh the home.

The homeowner worked from home and wanted a great space to work as well as a space that looked great on all of his zoom calls. Emily had new built-ins installed for storage and left space for a framed tv and open shelving for some of the homeowners cherished possessions. She added a floating desk and custom window treatments to complete the space.
