This bonus room loft got a serious upgrade and is now the perfect spot for “HIS” office space/man cave retreat on one side and a high functioning laundry room on the other. Separated by an oversized custom sliding wood door, the laundry room has all the things – from tuck away drying racks and sorted hampers and plenty of storage cabinets to the beautiful soapstone countertops and blackstone sink. Beth added a tile feature wall, tongue and groove ceiling and a statement light fixture. His office space offsets the room with all the handsome masculine touches. The leather sofa and comfy chairs complete the space. To personalize this space, Beth featured a flag collection of this golf-loving guy’s favorite courses.
