The homeowners were ready for a change and were very seriously considering a move, but they loved their neighborhood and the price of a new home that was smaller and not on as good of a lot was twice as much as their existing home. Emily worked to redesign their spaces for this family to fall in love with their home again. She started by replacing all of their flooring with new hardwood to unify and refresh the home.

The basement was updated with a wood feature wall that the large tv screen was mounted to. Emily added a customized frame around the screen to add character and a polished look. Custom built-ins were installed at the base of the screen for storage. Emily added a custom U-shaped sectional for movie nights and maximum use of the space for her clients.
