The homeowners were ready for a change and were very seriously considering a move, but they loved their neighborhood and the price of a new home that was smaller and not on as good of a lot was twice as much as their existing home. Emily worked to redesign their spaces for this family to fall in love with their home again. She started by replacing all of their flooring with new hardwood to unify and refresh the home.

The dining room just needed a face-lift. Emily replaced the dining room chairs with comfortable, upholstered chairs, a new rug, custom window treatments and a new buffet table.
