We understand there may be many questions about the design process. Below may help answer some of those; however, if you still have additional questions feel free to send us a request.

How does a construction contractor fit into the mix?

You bring on your contractor to work hand-in-hand with our designer. You are responsible for keeping tabs on the contractor and the timeline of their work. We will collaborate with the contractor and offer design concepts.


Do we have contractor recommendations?

We do recommend contractors from past projects. We have several contractors who were a joy to work with, met timelines, and delivered flawless craftsmanship. We can offer our recommendations, and you will conduct the hiring.


How long will the project take from start to finish?

Sometimes it can take 9-10 months to receive certain pieces. However, we do our best to make the process go as smoothly as possible and have everything in hand by the time your contractor is ready for us.


Who buys the materials?

In the planning meeting, we will consult with the contractor to see which of us buys what. For example, contractors may purchase the doors and the flooring while we buy the furniture, rugs, and accent pieces.


Do we have to buy from your showroom?

You do not have to buy from our showroom, but keep in mind that each piece is specially selected by our designers. We source from over 100 vendors to choose high-quality products. We also offer a wide range of budgets, and everything in the showroom is marked with a price for your convenience.

Having the opportunity to feel and test out specific furniture pieces offers a significant benefit. The last thing you want to do is order a piece of furniture that looks great but does not offer comfort.

In addition, our designers have the ability to match styles and create a symbiotic relationship with the client since we prioritize staying in close contact throughout the whole process.

Because we listen to our clients and tell a story of your life through our design plan, you will have the opportunity to meet and speak the designer in the office. We will use our expertise to find the right designer for your project. But you will also have the chance to select whose style you prefer.
