The client wanted to modernize the room to increase the home’s value. First, we focused on a traditional design plan by removing the existing tray ceilings and replacing them with a new ceiling detail. Next, we painted the whole room and purchased new furniture for the dining space. Finally, new lighting fixtures served as the finishing touches.
